How to ask for your data to be deleted

1. Open Long Exhale and tap settings on the bedtime screen.
2. Tap your data reference. A short identifier appears.
3. Copy it and email it to admin@royalnationllc.com, asking us to delete your purchase record.

Do this before deleting the app. That reference is stored on your phone and goes with it, and it is the only thing that connects you to your record. Once it is gone, nobody — including us — can tell which record was yours.

We will confirm by reply once it is done.

What gets deleted when you delete the app

Everything Long Exhale stored, immediately and permanently, because all of it was on your device and nowhere else:

• Every session — when it started and ended, how many breaths it guided.
• Every morning answer about whether you slept.
• Every setting — haptics, your slowest pace, your reminder time.

There is no account to close and no copy of any of it on a server of ours, because we do not run one. Deleting the app is the whole of it. You do not need to email us about this part.

What we delete on request

The RevenueCat purchase record. If you bought the paid features, RevenueCat holds a record that a purchase happened, so the app can tell you have already paid. That record is what the steps above remove.

It contains no name, no email address, no device identifier and nothing at all about your sleep. It is a note that an anonymous identifier bought something.

What we cannot delete, and how long it is kept

Apple's and Google's record of the transaction. When you buy something, the payment is handled by the App Store or Google Play, not by us. They keep their own record of it for their own tax and accounting obligations, for as long as their policies require. We never see your card details, and we have no way to reach into their records to remove anything. If you want those removed you would have to ask Apple or Google.

Usage, crash and push records, which we cannot pick out

The app sends Google (Firebase) three plain usage events and crash reports, and, if you allow notifications, a push token to OneSignal. Each is tied to a random installation identifier that the app does not show you and that is not connected to your name or email.

That is why we cannot offer to delete one person's records: we have no way to tell which identifier is yours, and we would rather say so than promise something we cannot do. What you can do is delete the app, which stops any further collection. The records already held age out under the retention settings of Google and OneSignal. Neither holds anything from a session — see the privacy policy for what they do hold.

Other than that, we keep nothing. We have no backup, no archive and no database of our own.
